ICEcare solution, including mobile software and associated web sites (ICEcare.net, ICEcare.info), are owned and managed by Corsoft
Corporation. ICEcare solution has been created to assist users with emergency preparedness.
Corsoft has adopted this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm committment to privacy. It is important for Corsoft to help our users retain their
privacy when they take advantage of ICEcare as a solution with modern technology. All information provided on this site will not be shared with anyone, under

Types of Information:
Information collected and managed by the ICEcare solution can be broadly classified in four categories:
Contact Information -
Used to communicate with you about your use of the solution. It includes your name, email address, phone numbers, etc.

Extends beyond Contact Information to include date of birth, gender, address, phone numbers, contact references, relationships, phone numbers and more.
Health Information -
Used by Emergency Medical Technicians to help you with the treatment, in case you are in a state of emergency and are unable to communicate for yourself.
All Other Information -
Includes data that is presented on the device for first aid, disaster recovery as well as on the ICEcare community.
All data is secured by the system with access limited to authorized personnel that are responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the system. Data that can
personally identify you is further encrypted in place to further reduce its accessibility from the system. Authentication with password is required to access
to any data that personally identifies you.
Use of E-mail Address, Name and other Contact Information:
ICEcare solution's registration form requests for contact information (such as name and email address), which we use to contact you when necessary and to
identify you when you visit the web site. We do not provide this information to other entities, and is protected from unauthorized access.
Use of Cookies:
We use "cookies", small temporary text files, placed on your computer in order to help you more easily navigate and get your information.
Your Consent:
In some cases, you may be able to use other parts of the web site even if you have elected not to provide the requested information. You will be unable to

Corsoft will provide you with options to change and modify information provided previously. Corsoft will also provide options to request additional
information and to subscribe, or to cancel subscriptions, to electronic newsletters about other relevant products and services, and to ICEcare services.

Corsoft strictly protects the security of all your information and honors your choices for its intended use. We protect your data from loss, misuse,
unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Unique Identifiers and Use of Peripheral Data:
Unique Identifiers (such as mobile device type, carrier network or phone number) is collected to identity the type of solution that can be provided to you or for use as reference
in our system. This information may be further used to diagnose problems with our system, to administer our web site and assist you with your interactions with ICEcare solution.
Employees and Contractors:
Each Corsoft employee and independent contractor signs a Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement in which they agree to uphold privacy policies and practices
of all sites managed by Corsoft.
